1. Dispatch & handling

Orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our European warehouse, typically within 24 hours of payment being confirmed.

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery times and costs depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The available options, prices, and any free-shipping thresholds are shown in your cart once you choose a destination country.

3. Tracking your order

We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can also look up your order at any time from the order tracking page using your email and full order reference.

4. Returns

If something is wrong with your order, you can start a return from the order in your account. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
